APPEARANCE
Katsu is a young Japanese man of modest height and with a lean build.  He keeps his black hair in a “Mod-style” cut and he wears Beatnik-style clothes, that being tight pants, boots, turtlenecks, etc.  He often has a leather art portfolio slung over one shoulder.

When he transforms into Kakashi, he looms well over six feet tall, and his limbs become gangly and disproportionately longer.  His skin is gleaming white and his face appears to be a slightly demented Kabuki make-up job.  He is dressed in ragged black clothes, and his wild hair is barely contained by a floppy, wide-brimmed hat.  He flourishes a large metal folding fan.

POWERS/TACTICS
Katsu’s physical prowess is heightened, most notably his speed, agility, and reflexes.  As Kakashi, he can radically manipulate the size and shape of his body, making him able to displace himself and deflect lethal projectiles with his limbs.  His acute periphal awareness acts as a sort of sixth sense, not only obviating his need to see or hear his attackers but also complementing his Aikido.  Kakashi is a sly, unpredictable opponent.

Kakashi is a skulker, preferring to hit and run rather than stand and fight.  His acrobatic feats, surreal movements, and constant non-sequiturs are all designed to put an opponent off balance.  If
there are normals near, he will attempt to draw any attackers to him and away from the innocents. 
Against non-powered foes, he isn’t above using fear and physical intimidation to get what he wants.

PERSONALITY
Katsu is a quiet and observing person, with an artist’s eye for detail and beauty.  He has few
friends, and reveals his true feelings to fewer still.  He enjoys the company of others, but mostly to
observe and absorb, not be wild and crazy.  He is most animated when discussing art and/or
Beatnik culture.

Katsu would argue he and Kakashi are not separate entities, but his physical and mental
transformation is remarkable nonetheless.  As Kakashi, his inhibitions fall away, and he becomes an animated and gregarious being, fond of displaying his agility and bizarre body control.  Kakashi’s attention span is short, and his thought processes sometimes border on the irrational.
