APPEARANCE
Switch is fairly moderate in height, dark-haired, with blue-grey eyes.

When playing Jacob Garner, his dead brother, he dresses very GQ, as befits a nationally-known psychologist, author and business consultant.

When off by himself, as the "late" Jason Garner, he is more cutting-edge techno-geek. Nothing's pierced, but that's mostly a statement that he doesn't have to conform, even to the non-conformist crowd.  He does have vibrantly beautiful tattoos on both his arms, which endear him to freaks and geeks, but make him seem a bit too edgy to salt-of-the-earth and old economy types.  He keeps them concealed when dealing with business associates and when giving speeches as "Jacob."

Switch is practicing disguise and acting skills, and has cobbled together a voice modulator to change his voice for phone calls.  As such, his appearance changes according to his moods and his needs.

POWERS/TACTICS
Switch is not a physical fighter.  He's in good physical shape, and has taken a few Tae Kwan Do classes, but doesn't have any combat maneuvers and doesn't rely on combat to solve any of his problems.  Now that he believes he is being hunted by people who have killed his brother, he is working on defenses and a few "surprises" using his gadgeteering skills.
PERSONALITY
Are you a paranoid if they really are out to get you?

Switch has never liked the government, understanding through his reading of history that the majority of what the US Federal government does is actually completely illegal.  The Federal income tax, for example, was an amendment to the Constitution which was never officially ratified -- there was not even a quorum present, let alone a majority of the Senate voting for the amendment.

Add to that his highly effective ability to research, never being able to actually forget anything he reads, and you have a powerful recipe for uncovering the hidden connections behind seemingly random events.  All of which gives him a quite cynical view of the social universe, although he has almost an aweful respect of the physical universe.

Basically a libertarian, Switch believes it’s none of the government’s business how much money he earns, where he puts it and so on.  He faithfully reports how much money he earns under his own name, but has various false personae scattered about who own assets not subject to this government "theft."  Switch is not greedy, he just believes the government shouldn’t be telling him what charities to support.

Notes about brother Jacob:  The brother had the same general mental skills, but used them in business, people and language areas.  As such, he was an award-winning author and public speaker with a high public profile and a Psychology Ph.D., who paid whatever taxes his accountant says he needs to.  When acting as Jacob Garner, he acts accordingly, even if he might cringe at signing six-figure checks to the IRS.
